It takes a village.

In order to maintain a sustainable, affordable school model, we’re looking to fill some pretty important roles. We welcome community members to become involved with Seeds of Wonder no matter your experience!

A founding principal of our school is to pay staff a fair wage. Many early childhood educators are vastly underpaid, making it nearly impossible to keep staff long-term. We recognize the importance of continuity and just want to do the right thing, which is paying a living wage. We believe the right combination of teaching staff, administrative staff and volunteers are the heart of a sustainable program.
